Peacefully situated in the beautiful Tamar Valley, with fields, trees and lovely country lanes abundant with wild flowers in spring. The farmhouse makes an ideal base for touring Devon and Cornwall. It is also very fortunate to have stunning views of The Dartmoor National Park.

Enjoy it from the luxury conservatory where tea is served on arrival, or from the lovely, well attended acre of gardens where guests can sit and admire the views. Here the children can enjoy a wide variety of equipment - swings, basketball, football, slides etc.

Approached along a small lane and through a wagon wheel gate, the farmhouse is part of a 150 acre beef & sheep Dartmoor farm with a further 100 acres rented elsewhere. The farm's South Devon Cattle are reared and sold off the farm, as well as 400 ewes which lamb in the spring - a lovely sight to see.
