The Rosemont is a 4 star, spacious and beautifully maintained, late 19th century property that was originally occupied by descendants of Sir Francis Drake. Standing in a prominent location in the centre ofthe village of Yelverton and overlooking the village green within the western edges of the Dartmoor National Park.

With just six Spacious, Comfortable, Contemporary rooms The Rosemont offers the right balance between the comfort and independence of a quality hotel and the individuality and welcome of a B&B.

Rooms are extremely well equipped with Flat Screen TV, DVD, DAB Radio and (silent running) Fridges. King size beds, Hypoallegenic pillows, Modern en-suites.

3 Pubs and a resturant in the village for evening meals.
Plenty of great walking, relaxing and sight seeing all around.

There are many National Trust properties nearby as is the Nationally famous Garden House (1.5 miles).
A trip to the world famous Eden Project takes about 1 hour.

This light and airy house is a family run business, owned and operated by Chris and Julie.

We recycle all paper, card, drink cartons, glass, tins, plastic bottles and drink cans. Washing is line dried outside and inside and only tumbled when neccessary. Consumables are sourced locally where possible and we use 'Fairtrade' for all tea and coffee.
