Woodleigh Coach House Bed and Breakfast (B and B) Guest House in Exeter, Mid Devon is a Grade II listed building originally constructed by a London Brewer in the late 19th century. Located just off the main A30 dual carriageway in Exeter, it provides excellent links to the West Country, the Dartmoor National Park, and activities including walking, cycling, horse riding and fly fishing.

The Coach House provides luxury non-smoking accommodation (refurbished in 2005), all rooms having en-suite facilities, hospitality trays and freeview TV. We are also very dog friendly and family friendly! Our aim is to make you feel at home.

We are a family run, home based bed and breakfast and as such we try to keep the atmosphere as family orientated as possible to make your stay as relaxed and as homely as we can. We believe the family aspect of the business is one of the key factors to our outstanding reputation. Guests frequently comment on how they feel like they have found a second home, especially the guests who take advantage of our evening meal service.

The Coach House Cafe
Serving Breakfast, Lunches & Afternoon Teas and located in the former stables of the Coach House, the cafe offers a warm and rustic feel with splendid views of the countryside. The large terrace and sheltered seating area offer up to 60 seats in addition to the 40 offered inside.

The menu contains a wide and varied selection of homemade dishes ranging from the ever popular Full English Breakfast to fresh Chili Con-Carne, Jacket Potatoes, Omelettes and our homemade seasonal soups.

Our daily specials board changes regularly and continues our aim to provide high quality homemade and locally sourced foods. We also have plenty of vegetarian options and can often meet most dietary requirements (Dietary requirements can be met easier with advanced notice).
