The Garden Flat is the ideal Dartmoor self catering cottage set beneath one of the most famous Tors of Dartmoor, at 1000 feet above sea level, Haytor.  Our stunning one bedroom Dartmoor self catering garden flat has recently been refurbished to a very high standard.  This property sleeps 2+ 2 (sofa bed in lounge) and would ideally suit a couple on their own or with two children.  Cot available on request. Dartmoor self-catering at The Gardenflat provides you with the perfect holiday allowing you to enjoy thebeautiful scenery that Dartmoor offers with the benefit of looking after your own self-catering needs. Dartmoor is made up of 368 square miles of moorland and millions of people visit Dartmoor every year.

The Property
The property comprises of:
Bedroom - one double bedroom with cot if required. All linen is provided free of charge (excluding cot linen)
Bathroom - including full sized bath and separate shower
Kitchen - fully fitted modern kitchen with microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer, electric cooker and hob, dining area with views over the garden.
Living room - with TV, freeview, DVD player and a sofa bed for +2 children if needed, games, DVDs and local books / maps available.
Patio - patio area with table, chairs and sunshade overlooking the garden and meadow beyond. Use of BBQ and extra space with washing line.

Full use of the large garden if required.The property has central heating and extra electric heating if required all included in the price.
