We pride ourselves in providing quality, well equipped self catering accommodation to ensure you have a relaxed, comfortable and stress free break. Two totally different locations to allow you to choose the one that suits you best.

Owls Roost
Designed with romantic luxury in mind. Sleeping 2 people and having generous rooms with a wonderful bathroom with large 2 person bath with seperate shower. A woodburner in the lounge and a wealth of character beams throughout. An adjoining bridlepath takes you straight onto Dartmoor

Holly Cottage
A grade 2 listed Duke of Bedford cottage on the edge of Tavistock town. A delightful character newly refurbished end terrace cottage sleeping 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. With beamed ceilings and a woodburner, it has a lovely welcoming feeling. Close to the moors yet only a 2 minute walk into this lovely market town with a wide variety of really different shops, and of course, the regular pannier market.

Both have undergone a total renovation, and are providing our guests with quality, affordable accommodation in one of the most lovely parts of Devon. They have both been inspected and approved by Dartmoor Partnership (formerly Dartmoor Tourist Association).

Fresh flowers, together with a traditional cream tea and a bottle of wine welcome you to our lovely holiday homes where you can relax and do as much or as little as you want to.
