The Plymouth Inn is a traditional pub in the market town of Okehampton. 'The country pub in town' best describes the family run pub with seperate restaurant has a cosy, friendly atmosphere. Constantly changing range of Real Ales straight from the cask.
 
The bar is open all day from 11.00 am everyday until approx midnight, although some evenings it could be 2.00 am! Home cooked bar snacks are available as well as a steak house menu and restaurant menu and a regularly changing specials board. Food is available daily from 11.00 am to 2.00 pm (2.30 pm on sundays) and 6.30 to 9.00 pm Sunday-Thurs and 6.30 - 9.30 pm Friday and Saturday. Sunday roast is available Sunday lunchtime although bookings are advisable as we tend to get lots of hungry customers!

We are a traditional pub without a juke box (we have music via a CD) or pool table although we do occassionaly have the odd theme night. Darts (2 teams) and crib (3 teams) are played here with occasional Wii nights usually on a thursday. We have a small function room which is used for weddings, christenings, birthdays etc; and can even provide a disco or karaoke. The beer garden can seat approx 40 and there is a small grassed area for children.

Twice a year we have a Beer Festival. May is the biggest, usually 5 days and October is 3 days. We try to use micro breweries as much as possible although we use a big a range of beers as we can for both the festivals and the bar. CAMRA pub of the year and featured in the CAMRA bible, the good beer guide, for many years.

Sports bar with a difference. Large screen TV,  plus 6 others. Pool tables, gaming machines, quiz machine, dart boards.
Sky TV shown with all types of sport. Music a speciality on Friday + Saturday evenings.

All day 12.00 pm - 1.00 am Saturday and Sunday
